Providing recreational baseball, softball, coach pitch and tee-ball for ages 4-14 in the Laveen /South Phoenix Area .
Registration fee is $75.00 for all divisions.
An EARLY BIRD discount of $25.00 is applied if you register by midnight on February 25, 2024.
We DO NOT accept full teams for new enrollment . Newly registered players will be assigned to teams in their division.
If you are interested in coaching a team, please register within the program. Coaches who have previously coached in the Laveen Baseball league get priority when openings are available.
Volunteers make our league great!
We are a recreational league accepting all children with various skill levels. We strive to place players with fellow classmates rather than by ability. Your child will play in the appropriate age group unless there is a safety hazard verified by the league director. We reserve the right to request a birth certificate to verify your players age.
TBall (5U) Must be 4 years old by June 30 . TBall is for 4 and 5 year olds who will not turn 6 by July 1.
Coach Pitch (7U) Must be 6 by June 30. Coach Pitch is for 6 and 7 year olds who will not turn 8 by July 1.
Minors (Baseball) (10U) Must be 8 by June 30. Minors Baseball is for 8 , 9 and 10 year olds who will not turn 11 by July 1.
Minors (Softball) (11U) Must be 8 by June 30 Minors Softball is for 8, 9 10 and 11 year olds who will not turn 12 by July 1.
Majors (Baseball) (12U) Must be 11 by June 30. Majors Baseball is for 11 and 12 year olds who will not turn 13 by July 1.
Majors (Softball) (14U) Must be 11 by June 30. Majors Softball is for 11, 12, 13, and 14 year olds who will not turn 15 by July 1.
Seniors Baseball (14U) Must be 13 by June 30. Seniors Baseball is for 13, 14, and 15 y olds who will not turn 16 by July 1.
Games will begin in March and continue weekday evenings through May. Tball and Coach Pitch normally play 6PM games, while Minors, Majors, and Seniors play 7:15PM games.
All games are at Cesar Chavez Softball or Baseball Complex (35th Ave & Baseline Rd).
The League provides your player with a uniform shirt, and hat.
You are responsible for providing pants (the coach will let you know what color), a glove, and for Minors, Majors, and Seniors, cleats as well.
Your child will not be assigned to a team or a coach until early March so please don't panic that you have not heard from us.
Please also keep in mind that we are a 100% volunteer league' if you see a problem, please volunteer to help.
